Meetup safety
Meetup · cash is a same-city handoff. You and the other person settle offline. MangaPak does not hold meetup funds — stay careful.
What we expect
- Meet in a busy public place (café, mall atrium, transit hub) — not a private home on a first trade.
- Prefer daylight or well-lit hours when you can.
- Bring a friend when it feels safer.
- Check the item against the listing before you pay cash.
- Never share OTP, CNIC, JazzCash/Easypaisa PIN, or bank codes. MangaPak will never ask for them.
- Agree the place and time in MangaPak messages so you have a record.
- If something feels wrong, leave. You can walk away from a meetup.
Meetup vs escrow
Escrow · Courier uses MangaPak payment confirmation and Accept before the seller is paid. Meetup skips that path entirely — cash between you two. Choose escrow when you want the held-funds flow; choose meetup only when you are comfortable meeting in person. Details: How it works.
If something goes wrong
For scam or safety concerns, use Support. For courier escrow order problems, open a dispute from My orders. Meetup cash disputes are harder to reverse — prevention matters most.
